Registration
Sereno Soccer offers three ways to register. 1) Download the appropriate registration form and fax, mail or hand deliver to the Sereno office 2) Contact the Sereno office and request to have an application mailed to you 3) Walk-in registration during our normal business hours at 10801 N 32nd St, Phoenix. We can accept Visa and Mastercard as forms of credit card payment. Checks, payable to Sereno Soccer Club, can be mailed with your completed registration form, and we welcome Visa, Mastercard, checks or cash for those of you wishing to walk-in register at our office.
What Happens After I Register?
All registrations that are received by August 29th (fall) or December 12th (winter) are separated by age group, and gender and teams are formed. Coaches will receive their team rosters and teams will be posted on this website on September 5th (fall) and December 19th (winter). You should be contacted by your coach sometime before September 15th (fall) and January 1st (winter). At that point your coach will inform you of practice days, times, and locations.
